What’s interesting about this video is not that Al Gore has a new book but the tech behind it: Mike Matas‘s (who designed parts of the iPhone and iPad UI for Apple) new project is called Push Pop Press and it’s basically the software behind this book. His plan is to license it to other publishers. I’m happy that someone is working on making reading books on the iPad what it should be (via Lukas Mathis – also see the TED Talk).
